why roblox relying on artificial intelligence might cause their downfall

 1. it's not innovation, it's laziness

first of all they are using artificial intelligence on things like moderation, support and even age verification instead of relying on human employees. for me that's a sign of corporate laziness, not innovation, i know they are not choosing innovation but some companies are using artificial intelligence for innovation.

2. if minecraft would be free and people aged 8-12 become more aware and mature, roblox would be over

i can see some roblox users getting tired of their moderation system and their decisions resulting on them facing heavy backlash, but sadly they are likely to be more minority rather than majority since i see on their audience that they seem to be around 8-12 and if those users aged 8-12 become more matured and aware of the situation of roblox right now, i can tell they would also be tired of roblox using artificial intelligence on core things that affect their platform, plus if minecraft would also be free, it's over for roblox.

i also used to hate roblox back then because of a rumor that users there do online dating which made me become more pro minecraft but as my loyalty to minecraft suddenly fading, i also slowly to start liking roblox but as now where i can't access my main roblox account because of them using the artificial intelligence for literally everything of them including their support and only allowing their recovery system to where the account is associated with instead of the new gmail that i use since google deleted my old gmail, my loyalty to minecraft started to increase again and i really hope they become free sooner.
