Francis Leo Marcos also known as Norman Mangusin seem mentally unstable for me because on how the way he talks to his live, I've also seen some people sometimes saying that he is mentally worse because of how delusional he is, for me he seems mentally unstable because he claimed to be a part of the Marcos family despite the family denying him and the way how he also made up stories about his past with Pacifico Edralin Marcos and the way how he also falsely claimed that former president Corazon Aquino is the one who orders the assasination of Ninoy Aquino just really shows how seem mentally unstable to me and the way how he also talks to commenters on his Livestream just also show how he seem mentally unstable to me again because no one will talk aggressively and then laugh on the person, he sounds like a old lady on the the sidewalk talking nonsense while there's no people infront.
