What Happened?
on may 14, 2004 a flight from sao paolo de olivenca was approaching manaus when it requested to change altitude and deviated from its path, it later disappeared at 18:34, wittnesses reported a fireball.
The cause was Pilot Error.
How many casualties?
there were no survivors and 33 people died.
