1. their account recovery system
first of all why can't you recover your account if your using a different gmail even if your actually the owner, this happened to me a month ago and it is very frustrating.
2. their ai moderation system
too many false positives & i was wrongly banned by their ai feature system when trying to report another user.
3. their major use of ai on their support
this isn't innovation anymore, this is just laziness at it's peak, for me, ai is good for making videos or photos but as a moderation or for support, it's not.
4. children's safety
for me the thing to do for children's safety especially in roblox is to do deep investigations on all users, not age verification.
5. their chat moderation
you cannot say things like youtube, tiktok or any other social media but you can bully or harass others by saying, you know i just don't want to say those words since they piss me off.
so this is my criticsm for roblox and i hope they fix it sooner.
